Just an everyday guy living out his dreams to the fullest as well as wanting to help other along the way. I was born and raised here in Frankfort, Kentucky and always dreamed of one day playing for the Atlanta Braves and being a major league baseball player. Growing up there was never anyone with that big name or anything from my home town. I wanted to be that person, therefore I sat forth my goal of chasing my dream to be a professional baseball player.
I guess you can say I had a great family that supported me and pushed me to help me get to my goals but no one was more helpful than my step father Buddy Ritchie. He helped me get to where I am today and I couldn't thank him enough. He would always tell me "work, work, work and one day you can live out your dream." So work is what I did and I don't regret one minute of it. I made my dream become a reality even though their is still ground to go to make it all the way to the top of that ladder and put that MLB jersey on.
But while I'm still chasing my dream I want to help the kids of this town that I call home. I want to help kids chase their dreams of playing college baseball and even possibly make it to professional level. Frankfort has never had anything to ever support these kids and get their backs and thats what I want to change. So Riddler Baseball School is hopefully that change that everyone is looking for. Something that gets us over that hump and keeps kids close to home and learning from some of the best baseball players that have came out of this county.
Also when your kids come to my lessons they will not only learn the game of baseball but also what it takes to make it as far as possible in this game. That saying I've always used and what will be a slogan for Riddler Baseball School is "W.I.T." which stands for "Whatever It Takes".
